This model is in excellent original condition
except for a few minor small damages over the years. On its reverse, it has 43 stations, scribed in pencil, 3/4" apart. The
design, by A. Sidney Herreshoff, dates to 1931, with the first fleet of eight boats being delivered to the Fishers
Island Yacht Club in 1932. This is a very rare example of a Herreshoff made builder's model and is suitable for the most discriminating
collector.
