Presented is a rare example of a never dived, Limited Edition Poseidon GOLD
plated CYKLON regulator in a handsome teak presentation case which looks to be in like new condition. It was made
in Sweden under Royal warrant and distributed in 1993 by Poseidon to celebrate the introduction of the CYKLON 5000 which was
essentially the same regulator with a balanced first stage. It has not been tested by us, and is being sold
for display only. The Cyklon regulators set the standard for all the regulators that followed.
Comes
with a scroll giving the history of the design and the original Poseidon lapel button in its original plastic bag
that was availlable only with this device. These recognition buttons are equally as rare as the device.
PROVENANCE:
From the collection of a professional underwater photogrpher with over 50 years of worldwide diving experience
who is down sizing.
The regulator is
being sold for display only and should be sent to a dive shop for re certification if intended for use.
