We date this to the early 20th century. Given its size, this would have been for a fairly good size ship. The maker's tag on the front is imprinted: METEORITE C25.84.8 Patent No. 546575 And others pending Maker's tag Maker's tag                                      CONDITION: This lamp is in good condition with parts intact and the fresnel glass without cracks. If the buyer wishes, we can have the lamp polished. We can quote both a price and expected time for having this done, but the buyer should allow at least a month.. The kerosene burner is original with a fitted hurricane glass.
