The shape and the raised letters of this bell make it most likely from the Vietnam era, and worthy of inclusion in any US Military collection. The classic tapered neck on top of the bell is not present on this bell, but a brass sleeve enclosing the clapper’s screw insert adapts this bell for both the wall and stand mount. A proper tan macramé bell rope of the period is attached. Although the bell comes with a wall mount, we are showing it mounted for desk display on one of our proprietary brushed aluminum and wood stands, which is available to the buyer at an additional cost.
